Emergency Department - Ambulance Service

The Emergency Department of the Hippocrateon Private Hospital is currently not in operation due to its restructuring.

From 8:00 until 20:00, patients with emergency and acute health problems can be assisted by doctors working in our hospital.

The Hippocrateon Private Hospital has 2 ambulances that can transfer the patients from their home to our hospital and from our hospital to other hospitals, diagnostic centers, retirement homes and rehabilitation centers. Ambulances are used to respond to medical emergencies or for scheduled appointments.

Our ambulance service stands out because:

• They operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
• The ambulances are equipped with all the necessary medical equipment.
• They are staffed by our specialised nursing staff.
• Patients can be accompanied by a physician, if necessary.
• Patients can be transported all over Cyprus.
